It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and account for purchased items within 3-5 days after receipt of order. All orders are inspected at the point of origin to make sure there is no damage when shipped. All orders are inspected for damage issues before they leave the origin shipping location. Product quality and packing are inspected to ensure with proper shipping methods that all items will be delivered to the customer. Any lost or damaged items must be reported to immediately after inspection of package. UPS is the preferred method of shipping for and any issues will be addressed immediately. Orders, Returns, Replacements, & Cancellation Policy customers can cancel an order at anytime. If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be no charges and money will be refunded. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, they will be charged with a restock fee of 25% and the shipping amount for the order.  We strive to process and ship all orders within a 1 to 2 day time frame and any orders that have already been shipped will be charged for the shipping amount and the 25% restock. Once the order is received the customer is then responsible for the shipping back to All Material Wholesalers. If the order error is one that is made by, the correct items will be shipped immediately to the customer and will take care of the shipping of the original package back to our warehouse. Custom Made / Forged items are non-returnable. Online Support Portal is available 24 Hours.

Once the label is generated and the order has shipped, will then send tracking information to our customers.


All credit card orders purchased with are securely processed through PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payments by check or wire transfer are also an option. Also, if a repeat customer wishes to establish an account with payment terms with, that’s also an option.
